This is the Lampette telescopic desk lamp designed by Koch Creations in the USA in 1963. This lamp is made in several varieties and colours over the years and has been produced since the 1960s. They were a big success and were sold and produced by several companies over the world. The Lampette lamps have been made with different bases, but all with a hook to use it as a wall lamp. 

The telescopic lamps can be found with labels produced in West Germany, Japan, USA, Netherlands and more. They can be completely folded up for easy storage or transportation. They can function as a desk lamp or wall lamp and can be positioned in many different ways. This is the brown version and it's still in good condition. It fits a small B15 bulb which is included with the lamp.
