HOW DOES IT WORK?
We started end of 2020 with our Instagram account where we started selling our carefully curated vintage items. After a year of slowly growing our 'Instagram Store' we decided to take the next step and offer all our items in a real webshop. As of from December 2021 we're live!
You can purchase all items we offer online straight in our webshop from now on and don't have to DM us first through Instagram. Easier and quicker for all of us! This doesn't mean that we won't be as active as before on our Instagram account of course! We'll still be sharing our items on Instagram and will still always be there when you have any questions, do keep the DM's coming! :)
The items that you purchase with us — if not stated differently — are vintage and manufactured in the past. These items are previously owned and often show evidence of use. So please be aware of this and you will have to be OK with this before purchasing with us of course!
VIEWING OR RESERVING AN ITEM
We are primarily an online store and therefor do NOT give the option to reserve an item. It is possible to come and view an item upon purchasing with us, but please do keep in mind that it would be possible that the item sells in the meantime. If you have any questions, please do contact us before purchasing or to make an appointment to come by our workspace/showroom. You can send us an email or DM via Instagram.
When purchasing with us you accept our terms and conditions that are written on this page. You're wellaware that all our items are in used condition.
Once an order is completed through our webshop, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order, we reserve the right NOT to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order. We always aim to process orders within 48 hours whereafter it will be dispatched. Shippingtimes differ per country.
We offer a variance of different options to pay through our webstore. All these payments are done securely.
SHIPPING OR PICK-UP
We offer EUR and US-shipping on smaller items that we offer through our webstore. The bigger items will need to be picked up with us either by you or a carrier that you have arranged. Local delivery within Amsterdam can be arranged upon request. We offer standard or insured shipping for most countries. It's up to you if you would like to pay extra for insurance during transport, otherwise we can't be held responsible for any damages during shipment. If you're located outside of the EU it's also possible that you might have to pay for import duties and tax, this is not included within the shippingcosts and this is also something we can't be held responsible for, please check your local governement for more information on the costs for this.
Besides shipping, we also offer the option to pick any item up at our location in Amsterdam at Eerste Jan Steenstraat 83. Please do make an appointment with us prior to coming by! OW and pick-ups are free of charge of course!
As per EU-law we have a 14-day return policy. All online purchased items can be returned to us within 14 days after receiving them. If you would like to return an item you will have to request this by sending us an email to email@example.com. Shipment back to us is by own expense and we can't be held responsible for this shipment in case something happens. Returns can only be accepted when items are in the same condition as when they were bought with us.
Do you need your purchase wrapped as a gift? Not a problem! Please send us an email or DM to request your item to be wrapped, we can wrap all smaller items for you, free of charge. Please do contact us before your order has been processed.

WANT TO SELL SOMETHING?
If you want to sell some of your vintage items from the 1950s or later, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. If the item is to interest to us we will purchase your old stuff. If you could provide us with some information on the item(s) that you would like to sell and attach a picture with it then we can offer you a fair price for it so we can add it to our collection.
WHAT KIND OF ITEMS ARE WE AFTER?
We only buy items that we would put in our own home. Juki is a reflection of our style and taste and we only buy what we like. This is a variety of different periods and styles, but mainly from the 1950s and up. It could be Midcentury Modern, Space Age, Memphis style, Brutalist or Bauhaus, or maybe something completely different but still something special.
