As per EU-law we have a 14-day return policy on online orders. All online purchased items can be returned to us within 14 days after receiving them. If you would like to return an item you will have to request this by sending us an email to info@jukiamsterdam.com. Shipment back to us is by own expense and we can't be held responsible for this shipment in case something happens in transit. Returns can only be accepted when items are in the same condition as when they were bought with us. This means that the items itself, as well as the original packaging the item came in needs to be in unused and undamaged condition. If a return shipment is received with damaged a restocking fee will be charged. The restocking fee will be determined on the condition the return was received in.
