This is the Kreo Co. NA101 folding desk lamp, made in Japan. It was made in several colours and models, this is the white edition. It consists of a white plastic base with a metal arm. The lamp can be positioned in many different positions and shapes which makes this lamp very versatile. It also has a retractable metal handle on the bottom which helps to keep the lamp in balance when it's completely folded out or leaning far forward or backwards. It could also function as a wall lamp with this handle. The round switch on top of the base has 3 positions: Half power (6 volt) - Off - Full power (12 volt).

These lamps were also sold under the name of Nanbu Industrial Co. Ltd from Hong Kong. Kreo-lite is part of Nanbu. In the US and Europe they were sold under the name Lloyd's.
