Iittala Sointu vase designed by Finnish designer Tapio Wirkkala. This is the small version of the Sointu vase, produced by Iittala. The clear glass has a beautiful structured surface which catches the light in a really nice way. It has a simple but very sculptural shape and looks great with a few flowers or branches, but is also beautiful on its own. This vase was produced by Iittala between 1979-1992.

Tapio Wirkkala was one of Finland's most important designers and is especially known for his work with glass. The Sointu vase is a great example of his ability to turn a simple object into something special through the shape and texture of the material.
