Etching by Dutch artist Robert August Cox, made in 1975. The work depicts two hands and is signed with “Rob Cox” and numbered 5/15, indicating an edition of fifteen pieces. This piece is framed between two pieces of glass which are held together with metal corner pieces.
Rob Cox, also known as Robert August Cox, was born in Geldrop in 1936. He studied at the School of Arts and Crafts in ’s-Hertogenbosch and worked as an etcher, graphic designer and illustrator. His graphic work includes figurative prints and illustrations.
