Rey dining chairs designed by Bruno Rey for Dietiker in the 1970s. Bruno Rey, born 1935, opened his own design atelier in 1968. Here he designed a new kind of wooden chair which went into production with Dietiker in 1971. Later known as the "Rey Chair" it became the most successful Swiss chair of all time.

We have multiple of these chairs available. They are all in good used condition with lots of life left in them. We liked the color of these chairs, which is why we're selling these as is. We think they have been stained darker later in their life, to this darker brown wood color. They are made from solid Beech wood with some Beech laminated parts. The legs are attached with cast aluminium brackets, which makes these chairs very strong.
