Edda wall lamp designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson for AB Ellysett Markaryd, Sweden. This lamp features pine wood veneer slats mounted on a copper plate. It has a bakelite E27 socket. These 60s designs from Hans-Agne Jakobsson are simple and so beautiful. They give a beautiful defuse light when turned on. This lamp is in good vintage condition and we replaced the bottom pine veneer slat. It has a slightly different color as you might see in the photo's but it's not really noticeable and the wood will most probably discolor over time into the same color as the rest of the lamp.
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior designer and achritect, born in 1919 in Hvadhem, Sweden. This was his first step in the lighting business and his biggest succes.
