Famous Museum bench desiged by Martin Visser for Spectrum. Martin Visser designed this bench for Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam in 1960. The bench is made from multiple slats of wood on a base. This is the large edition of the bench with model name BZ72.
The timeless design and clear design language make the slatted bench a true classic. Due to the available length, width and height dimensions, the BZ bench can be used in many different ways; as a coffee table, sideboard, bench in the hall and at the foot end of the bed.
This bench was in poor condition when we received it, so we have repainted it black. It's unmarked but it has the right dimensions to be an original bench from Martin Visser. It's in nice vintage condition.
