Great little dining table or desk designed by Jørgen Gammelgaard for Sorø Stolefabrik. The table consist out sturdy solid wooden legs in a triangular shape, with a white laminated tabletop. With it's squared and small dimensions it's perfect as a small table for in the kitchen or just as a dining table in a smaller city apartment. It's in great condition.

Jørgen Gammelgaard (1938 - 1991) belonged to a generation of skilful furniture designers who had their background to the very well organised Danish apprenticeship system. In Gammelgaard’s case his apprenticeship was served at the workshops of C. B. Hansen in Copenhagen. Following this apprenticeship Gammelgaard studied under Grete Jalk and then became a visiting student at the Danish Royal Academy’s furniture school working under Poul Kjærholm and Ole Wanscher.
