Model 823 ashtray by Studio Erre for Rexite. Manufactured in the 1980s and still new in the box. It is made from ABS plastic bowl with a black metal inlay. Made in a time that smoking was still done at any space, but if you don't smoke it can also be used as a bowl or catch-all.
Rexite was an Italian design company known for producing furniture and home decor items in the 1970s and 1980s. Two of their notable designers were Raul Barbieri and Giorgio Marianelli, who collaborated on several iconic pieces.
