Classic desk lamp from Hala Zeist. Model number is 144 and it's designed by H. Busquet in the 1930s. This lamp has been in production ever since and only received some sleight changes through the decades. The first versions in the 30s and 40s had a pull cord switch which later changed into a cord switch in the 50s and 60s. After that they switched to a push switch in the rod just like the one we have for sale, which was in the 70s and 80s. In the early 2000s they went back to the cord switch.

This lamp is in brown lacquer and in a good vintage condition with normal signs of wear as can be seen in the pictures.
